Zoom Training Session

Feb 21 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am PST

Would you like to learn how to facilitate Zoom meetings? We are offering a two-session training series hosted by EAN member Geoff Ainscow. The training will consist of a pre-assignment (reading and watching short videos) and two Zoom training sessions. After the training each participant will then be tech support for two meetings with a mentor present.

First training session (January 17) covers:

  1. Basic computer interfaces (PCs, Macs, tablets)
  2. Scheduling and starting meetings
  3. The task bar (mute, gallery view, sound, camera, chat participants, recording, etc.)
  4. Troubleshooting
Second training session (February 21) covers:
  1. Screen sharing of PowerPoint, videos, music
  2. Breakout rooms

By the end of the training participants will be able to successfully run a Zoom meeting from beginning to end.
