How can we have a safe election? The upcoming election presents significant challenges —many voters feel anxious and uncertain.

Two lawyers from the Elections and Government Program at the Brennan Center for Justice will give us insights:

• Marina Pino on dark money in politics and the outlook for the fall elections.

• Derek Tisler on voter suppression, gerrymandering, federal agents at polling places, and ensuring a fair count.

We will leave with a few concrete actions to defend democracy in November and beyond.
