Resilience and Acceptance in the Face of Collapse

In this 9-session course, we create space to talk together about the environmental and cultural predicament we face, and how we can meet the challenges of collapse courageously as a community.

The course is offered free of charge. We will meet weekly, beginning Wednesday, July 8 at 4-5:30 pm PT / 7:00 – 8:30 pm ET.

It focuses on inner resilience, adaptive responses, collective acceptance of the climate crisis and provides a worldview pertaining to a new and different future.

After the course attendees will be able to:

  • Develop a clearer understanding of collapse, resilience, and acceptance, leading to shifts in perspective and awareness.

  • Gain the ability to articulate the concept of the Great Unraveling and identify your stage of awareness.

  • Enhance emotional flexibility and self-awareness in responding to challenging realities.

  • Strengthen personal practices for inner resilience and emotional well-being.

  • Deepen appreciation for localization as an approach to building outer resilience.

  • Foster a greater sense of balance and harmony with all aspects of Life.

  • Cultivate acceptance and recognize its positive impact on your life and actions.

  • Clarify your sense of purpose and identify meaningful actions you can take forward.

Meetings are 1 ½ hours. Preparation: 2-3 hours a week
