Sage-ing Together: Cultivating Resilience and Community to Navigate Our Chaotic World

Sage-ing Together: Cultivating Resilience and Community to Navigate Our Chaotic World

Co-Sponsored by Sage-ing International and Elders Action Network

Tuesdays: April 14, 21, 28
10:00 am – 12:00 pm PT / 1:00 – 3:00 pm ET

Our world is a mess. Whether it be climate change, democracy, growing inequity, war, or any number of issues, it is easy to feel stymied by all that there is to do, while struggling to deal with our feelings of uncertainty, despair, and confusion. This is especially difficult for us as “elders.”

This three-session course builds upon the work of Joanna Macy, as we acknowledge that we are facing the Great Unraveling, that we can meet as we focus on resilience and an expansive sense of community to navigate these difficult times.

Using reflection, interactive practices, and discussions we’ll discover new allies, explore the gifts of uncertainty, and other practices that can move us from despair and overwhelm into a path of sustainable action for the healing of our world.

Fees on a Sliding Scale:
