Elder Listening Circle
Jun 24 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am PDT
Thursdays: June 24, July 1 & 8
Elder Listening Circles
In these small gatherings of people, we come together to share what is in our hearts and minds; to feel heard and to hear others through deeply listening with an open heart and without judgement.
Listening Circles do not have an agenda and allow whoever speaks the time they need. In these times of the pandemic as well as social and political tension Elders can help unify their communities by bringing people together in this way so all can be heard. Participants often do create deep connections and frequently want to continue to connect outside the Circle, but that is not the focus. The focus is to listen, be present and stay open.
Led by EAN members Anne Adams and Constance Washburn.
Please register in advance for this meeting here. Join us for all three or only one. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom link for joining the meeting.
There is no fee to participate in the Listening Circles. However, after registering, please make a donation to EAN, and check ‘I would like to dedicate this donation’ on the donation form and indicate that it is for ‘Listening Circles’. EAN activities are only possible through the support of individuals just like you. Thank you for your generosity.donate
